Just good talk amongst friends AND staying warm.
Even though mask are not required feel free to wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. There will be some wearing mask so you will not be the only one.
The pop cooler MAY only have water in it. So if you want anything else – bring it.
PLEASE if you are having any of the COVID symptoms DO NOT come to the clubhouse.
DARA General Membership Meeting FRIDAY Nov 5th
Our next DARA General Membership Meeting will take place in-person with Zoom capability this coming Friday, November 5, 2021, at the Greene County Expo Center at 7:00pm. We will be following CDC guidelines recommending anyone not vaccinated to mask. Please do not come if you are showing any Covid-19 symptoms.
I am extremely excited to announce our speaker will be Chip Cohen W1YW and he will be presenting “WEIRD WIRELESS: METAMATERIALS, FRACTALS, AND PUSHING THE KNOWLEDGE ENVELOPE”. Two new branches of electromagnets, metamaterials and fractals, have produced breakthroughs in antennas, cloaking, radar, and other aspects of electronics. Dr. Cohen is a pioneer in fractal engineering holding 80 patents and has 40 pending patents and is a leading world authority on metamaterials, fractals and related subjects.
