License Exam Quiz #393

de Steve, AE8AT

After a couple weeks of intensive research for the quiz background, the quiz is rebelling and going with anarchy as the theme. Questions are drawn randomly from the least used sections of each question pool. For the curious, section G9B is the least used portion for the general question pool but leads these least used sections; you have seen 25% of the questions in G9B prior to this quiz. The extra question comes from a section with just under 8% utilization. The technician pool, which went into use months ago, has numerous sections still at 0% and so section T3C is not unique in that regard.
