DARA Single Board Computer Special Interest Group – June 10, 2023

The joint Dayton Amateur Radio Association / Dayton Microcomputer Association Single Board Computer Special Interest Group will have its next meeting on June 10th at 2:00pm. SIG meetings are held at the Dayton Amateur Radio Association club house located at 6619 Bellefontaine Road, Huber Heights, OH 45424. You do not need to be a member to take part in this activity.

 

We will be installing “Ham Clock” on a Raspberry Pi 3B. “Ham Clock” not only displays time in UTC and your local time zone, it includes propagation data, solar conditions, and a world map.

 

The SIG will also continue discussion of new products and the SIG members projects.

   

We have a groups.io message area for the Single Board Computer SIG. The message is currently set up for limited access. Just send a message asking for access to the message system. The Message system is named “sbc-sig”. You can search groups.io for “sbc-sig”  or go to the message system with the full address “ https://groups.io/g/sbc-sig”
