Things this week:  

TNG - TNGfest & Auction

       There will NOT be a ZOOM this WEEK. 

At this week we will have our first of many (hopefully) TNGfest. 

The fest portion of this will be from 7pm till 8:00 - 8:30 depending on the activity. After that we will begin our auction portion of the event.  DISCLAIMER – none of us are auctioneers so it will be a gentleman’s event – no fighting.

TNG ask you to make a small donation of say 10% of your sales to help fund some of our activities.

We have no idea how many of you are wanting to sell stuff, nor do we know how many buyers will be there.  PLEASE limit the number of items you are bringing to what would fit on ½ of one of the tables.

If you are bringing heavy stuff – bring a pad to protect the tables. 

     You will be responsible for damage to the tables.

Everything you bring MUST be sold, given away or trashed.  There is limited trash bins space at 

    The clubhouse, so you may have to take it back home.  

DO NOT bring anything you are not willing to leave with.

PLEASE do not arrive before 6:00 P.M. to set up. The tables have to be rearranged BEFORE the event.

If you are NOT selling PLEASE do not show up until 7pm. 

Even though mask are not required feel free to wear a mask if you feel more comfortable.  There will be some wearing mask so you will not be the only one.

The pop cooler has only had a limited amount of water in it. So if you want anything else – bring it.

PLEASE if you are having any of the COVID symptoms DO NOT come to the clubhouse.

DARA September Meeting Reminder and Zoom Information

The next DARA Membership meeting will take place Friday September 10, 2021, at 7:00pm at the Greene County Expo Center in the Mercantile Building. This is an important meeting as DARA Board of Trustees elections will take place this evening. Please attend and make your vote count. You will need your up-to-date membership card.

We will also have a popular speaker with our club, Frank Beafore, WS8B doing the presentation. He has entertained and enlightened us many times at our meetings. He will be speaking on ”The Evolution of Radio, From the Beginning of Time.”

We will be following CDC guidelines recommending unvaccinated members to mask. Please do not come if you are showing any Covid symptoms.
