Things this week:
Four Days In May, Contest University and Hamvention Forums
2021 is still being effected by our buddy Covid. The next few weeks will offer those of us a unique opportunity. How many of you have always wanted to attend the FOUR DAYS IN MAY but were unable to do so because of other volunteer duties? I know I have.
Or how about wanting to attend a day of ideas on how you could make contact with DX stations, we can this year!
Or has there been several special Hamvention Forums you wanted to attend, you can this year.
Well let me tell you THIS is the year for YOU!! If you look at the information in the HAMFEST section (below) you will find info and web links for ALL of these.
I am registered for ALL three. And there will be door prizes given away at each. Enjoy!
DARA Clubhouse Reopens May 24, 2021

DARA Clubhouse Reopens May 24, 2021.
At the DARA Board meeting held Tuesday May 18, the board voted to reopen the clubhouse for all normal club activities on Monday May 24, 2021 for Covid immunized members. In view of state mandates being removed, cases of Covid dropping and CDC recommendations that people can once again do more normal activities after having the vaccine, we have made this decision to reopen. Please be respectful of your fellow members when making your decision to come to the clubhouse. Remember this opening does not start until May 24.

TNG – Now what?
TNG will be a ZOOM this WEEK. So do not show up at B-Road this week!
It will be nice to see folks in person starting at our MAY 27th TNG meeting for Covid immunized members. See the DARA clubhouse notice in the section above.
The talk this week will be discussions on
if we want to continue the Zoom meetings for some or all of the in person meetings?
Only have in person meetings every other week?
Other ideas?
Even though mask are not required feel free to wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. There will be some wearing mask so you will not be the only one.
The pop cooler will only have water in it. So if you want anything else – bring it.
PLEASE if you are having any of the COVID symptoms DO NOT come to the clubhouse.
