TNG - TNGfest & this and that
There will NOT be a ZOOM this WEEK.
We will discuss rules/policies for the auction and flea market.
Maybe we can get a report about the Milford Hamfest from those that went.
Even though mask are not required feel free to wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. There will be some wearing mask so you will not be the only one.
The pop cooler will only have water in it. So if you want anything else – bring it.
PLEASE if you are having any of the COVID symptoms DO NOT come to the clubhouse.

If you have not heard there will be a General Membership meeting Friday September 10, 2021 at 7:00pm at the Greene County Fairgrounds and Expo Center in Xenia, OH. More details next week.

License Exam Questions of the week – week #156
The quiz topic this week is radio contesting. September starts a cycle of major radio HF contests. Five of the largest HF radio contests occur in September, October, and November. (Field Day is not a contest.) Participants use these events to test their stations and test their knowledge of HF propagation while seeking to establish radio contact with every country in CQ WW contests, or with each of the 84 84 ARRL/RAC sections for the ARRL Sweepstakes. Dates are provided below for each contest.
• CQ World Wide RTTY September 25-26,
• CQ World Wide SSB October 30-31,
• ARRL CW Sweepstakes November 6-8,
• ARRL SSB Sweepstakes November 20-22, and,
• CQ World Wide CW November 27-28.
