This Friday at 7 pm   notice the 7 pm start time !!

Our guest speaker at the monthly membership meeting will be Carole Perry
WB2GMP. Carole is well known for her work with youth in Amateur Radio and
nearly always draws a huge crowd wherever she speaks. This will be a top
notch presentation and our meeting will be starting one half hour early at
7pm. Get there early or you may be standing. See y'all THIS FRIDAY!

 

2.  This Thursday 3D printing part 2

This week our discussion and training on how to use the 3D printer
continues.  Mike Suhar, W8RKO, and John Jeffries, one of the CAP will demo
what software to use, what you can make, how long a project might take,
among other things and show some examples of what they have printed.

3. March 12 - The Raspberry Pi for Ham Radio

Come be amazed what a $35 computer cam do in the shack.  Chuck Gelm, NC8Q,
will discuss PAT (a Winlink email clone) using Telnet and ARDOP, with the
Icom IC-7300.  He will be covering obtaining, installing, and configuring
the individual software items.  We are hoping he also talks about using the
Pi to do WSJTX  and FLdigi.
