Again, if you have trouble getting Zoom started, just email one of us and we
will do our best to get you going via email. If we feel we need to, we will
ask for your phone number to call you and talk you through it.

When you email one of us, be as specific as possible about where you are in
the process and what problem you are having, including what device you are
using, as that will let us determine who might be the best helper for you.

Also, while the TNG Zoom session starts at 7 PM tonight, it often goes quite
late, so don't feel that you need to show up at 7 to get help. Help should
be available until at least 10 PM, bit I can't promise that it will be there
much later than that.
