[DARARepeater] TNG this week offering Zoom training session so you can be ready to go this Friday

Hi All...

Because many of you may not have used Zoom before, the TNG gang is going to
offer an opportunity for you to get the bugs out this Thursday night so that
things will work more smoothly for everyone for the General Meeting this
Friday. 

So here are a few things you should know:

1. There will be different meeting ID's and Passwords and URL's for Thursday
and Friday, but Zoom makes those easy to use and you will have that
information shortly. So make sure you use the right info each night.

2. You start by going to the URL that is in the Zoom invitation, and follow
the instructions from there. The nice feature of Zoom is that it supports
almost every device you might want to use, including PC's, MAC's, LINUX
machines, iOS, and Android, and possibly some others I haven't thought of. I
have seen people using Android phones, iPhones, iPads, and Chromebooks. Each
type uses a different version of the Zoom app, but they are all easy to
install. 

3. Once you have it installed, you simply start the3 app and click on JOIN
MEETING. No need to log in. then enter the meeting ID number, click next
(join or whatever), then the meeting password, then next and you are in! In
a few seconds you will begin to see a the video of the folks already in the
meeting. However, you do not have to have video capability. Many folks join
using audio only. If you are bashful or simply haven't had a haircut in 12
weeks due to the quarantine, no problem. 

4. IF you have any problems getting the above to work, please send an email
to one of us listed below and we will do our best to assist. If the problem
is complex, we may ask for your phone number so we can talk you through
things.

In no particular order, here are the emails of the helpers that I have lined

do, I'll send out another notice with that information.
