I have found a new e-magazine. It is published by The Radio Amateur Society
of Australia. They currently have 2 issues online

I have been reading the K9YA Telegraph for several years. It started in
2004, by the Robert F. Heytow Memorial Radio Club and has published its
general interest amateur radio eZine-read by hams in more than 100
