[DARARepeater] RPi: WSJTX, FLdigi, and 'pat' a Winlink mail clone

I have installed WSJT-X, JS8Call, FLdigi, and GridTracker on a Raspberry 
Pi 4 with 4 gig. CAT is working with my 857D. I am using a 'SigaLink' 
sound card and a RT systems USB CAT cable.
