DARA Membership,

This is a reminder that Kettering Rec Center has cancelled all meetings including our General Membership Meeting this Friday April 3, 2020. This follows the guidelines given by Ohio and Montgomery County Public Health and signed into effect by our Governor for the COVID19 coronavirus.

Please keep in mind that our clubhouse on Bellefontaine Road is closed at this time for the same reason. There will be no face to face meetings or any other activities allowed. Please watch for any other cancellations that may be announced with the continued emphasis on slowing down the virus. 

We are reviewing possible options to have online meetings and looking at ways to handle the upcoming elections. We will keep you informed as we make those decisions.

Thursday Night Group will be having their meeting on Zoom, see the reflectors for information to attend the meeting.

Your health and safety is a concern for all of us. This is a serious virus and you must protect yourself. Please follow the social distancing, washing hands often, and use of hand sanitizer and the rest of the guidelines. Keep informed but do not dwell on the myriad of reports on TV, radio and newspapers. The statistics tend to stress out all of us. The weather is turning warmer, get outside and walk in the parks or your neighborhood or garden. Just follow the safety guidelines.

Keep safe and remember we will all get through this and be stronger for it.
