It is Fall and the DARA monthly meeting resume. Hope everyone had a safe
summer. Some of our friends became Silent Keys, some were hospitalized and
others ae still dealing with the tornado damage. Come to the meeting catch
up with your friends.

E0A10 = A. According to the EPA website, PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls,
more recently this abbreviation refers to Printed Circuit Board) were
manufactured from 1929 until banned in 1979. They can be light colored oily
liquids or yellow to almost black waxes. Use was more widespread than
indicated by the question, to include voltage regulators, switches, motors,
hydraulic systems, caulk, fluorescent light ballasts, and even carbonless
copy paper, among others.
