[DARARepeater] WHIO TV Ch 7 now OTH on 16-2

For those relying on over-the-air broadcast TV who have been without WHIO 
Chan 7 content:

Channel 7, which has been off the air due to antenna issues, is 
temporarily broadcasting it's main channel content on digital channel 16-2 
(the digital channel normally used for "16Again" programming).

This temporary measure is until the Ch 7 antenna is fully repaired and 
they can resume broadcast from their own transmitter.

At least for the moment, the programming guide information reflects 
channel 16-2 programs, but the actual content is WHIO's main channel. It 
does not appear that Channnel 7's sub-channel programming is available at 
all.

I've also noticed the *audio* broadcast from WHIO's temporary feed 
sometimes seems to be not Left + Right mono, but rather L - R, which means 
voice dialog is missing, while music and 'laugh tracks' are there. 
Somebody need to check the audio routing!

Once this settles down, it might be interesting to invite the Chan 7 chief 
engineer to TNG to give a talk on what they've been through during all 
this.
