Hamvention Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner will take place Tuesday, July 10 at:

 

Greene County Exposition Center

Forums 1 & 2 (Assembly Hall)

120 Fairgrounds Rd

The doors will open shortly before 6:00pm. Park in the Assembly Hall Parking Lot. Appetizers will start immediately at 6:00pm, followed by dinner at 6:30pm. Dinner and program will be over by 9:30pm. Christopher’s Catering will do the buffet-style dinner as they have in the past, always a great meal.

 

Committee Chairs, please send out an invitation to all of your volunteers, and their spouses. Again this year, we ask that the dinner be adults only, no children please. 

 

Please send a list of all attending the dinner to Ron Cramer by Friday June 30, 2018. Send to: chair at hamvention.org. This will allow the caterer to adjust the menu to make sure we have the correct number of meals. We will need to keep the attendees limited to volunteers and not extended families or other guests.

 

Thank you all, staff and volunteers, for your over-the-top performance to make Hamvention 2018 the success it was.
