[DARARepeater] Ohio QSO Party

The Ohio QSO party is August 25th, noon until midnight. Stations may
operate the full 12 hours. Allowed bands are 80, 40, 20, 15, 10. Allowed
modes are CW and SSB. Stations may be worked once on each band and mode, 10
contacts. Stations may enter QRP (5 watts or less), low power (100w or
less), or high power (over 100w). Single or multi operator categories.
