[DARARepeater] TV Dongle Windows program update (Important!!)

For those who got a TV dongle this Thurday, please read!

The PCTV CD you got with the dongle is fine for Windows XP, however, it 
may not work with Win 7 and later, particularly 64-bit versions.

There is a new version of the TV viewing software which you can download 
and install as described below.

Windows 7/8/8.1/10:

This is a direct download link, just click on it to download.  Once the 
download is finished, the program will appear in the download manager in 
you browser.  Click on the program name to start it.

Be sure to say "yes" and agree with all the prompts in the installation 
process.  It is likely that your computer will NOT have the needed .net 
framework libraries installed, but windows should prompt you to download 
this and just say "yes" and install these as well.

You will still need the license key, on the CD verion of this program 
which you got during the TNG meeting.  It's reproduced here:

After installing the TV viewer program, plug in your dongle to your 
computer (don't forget to CONNECT AN ANTENNA to the dongle!).  Launch the 
program (if it did not launch automatically after installation). Click 
"next" on everything.  You can choose to deselect "analog scan" (FYI: 
Analog Channels don't exist anymore) and this should speed up the scanning 
of channels by limiting it to digital channels only.

*NOTE: *The default remote control type in the new program is not the 
version of remote that you got, to change it to your remote version, 
download the attached PDF instructions.
