Thanks for the kind words. Everything you said is true. I was very, very fortunate to have this team working so hard to solve a problem that was not their responsibility to fix. 
When people are amazed that we are able to pull the show together so well in all its facets, I now have another example that shows that more than anything else it is because we all want it to be the best it can be.
