In the last few days I got an email and a letter regarding Time Warner Cable
changes coming to the area. It states:

We're excited to announce that we're going All-Digital in order to deliver
even better picture and sound quality on all of your channels. When this
transition is complete, you'll also receive faster Internet and more
reliability (My emphasis)
