I found out about this just this morning.

 

"Help is needed tomorrow morning, Thursday September 1st, from about 9:30 to
Noon, to:

.           Reclaim some Cat5 Wire at Hara Arena

.           Help the Hamvention folks move the Hamvention Office from Hara
to downtown Xenia

 

Pick-up trucks or a flatbed trailer are needed as well.  If you can help us
do this in any way, please give me a call or text at the number below.  I'll
be out at Hara tomorrow at about 9:30, at the East Hall entrance."

 

 

As for the TNG agenda this week:

 

The microscope cameras have arrived and will be available for pickup at the
meeting by those who ordered them, $32 each. If you did not get to order one
last week, we could possibly put together another order but I'm not sure
about the price. Thanks to Tiger George for making it happen.

 

Display case progress report. This has generated some interest from some of
the DARA Board members so we should give it some serious attention this
week.

 

September 8th Field Trip 

 

I'd like to try again to do some cleanup/purge of all the stuff we have
accumulated and stored. I know it's not much fun but in the long run it will
benefit our activities to do it.
