[DARARepeater] Prize booth sign...

Y'All,

A possible kludge to get the 4 signs to display would be to chain all  
20 digits and output the number 4 times.  Not the correct solution,  
but an option if all else fails.

I have a conflicting meeting tonight, so I will be unable to be there tonight.
