As a Padawan under the training of Jedi Master Tommy and with much input
from the Council I send the following...


It would seem that Tuesday evening April 5th is the choice for our
pre-emptive strike on the assembly of the boards.

While I have family responsibility until about 8pm that evening I think we
should meet at 7pm at the club house. (I will join you as soon as I can)

Assuming that we receive the boards on Monday,  I will make some
Jigs/Fixtures to hold the MOSFETs (not to be confused with Boba Fet) in
place to make soldering easier.

I would then ask if George WD8NHI could stop by and pick up the boards,
jigs, and MOSFETs and take them to the club house.  I will then, as stated,
meet you as soon as I can.


The intent is to assemble 5 complete working boards and install them onto
the back of the displays.  That will give us our regular Thursday night to
finish up with the remaining details of preparing for the presentation to
the HamVention board on Tuesday April 12

Please contact me with any better ideas or plans.
