[DARARepeater] RTL-SDR Direct Sampling

Here's a link that talks about the simple Direct Sampling mode use of the
TV dongles to get frequencies below 30 Mhz.

In simplest terms, it's just a matter of connecting a long wire antenna to
pin 1 of the RTL chip, and a software mod/settings change to the SDR radio
program.

It appears that using pins 4 and 5 for the HF antenna connection may allow
non-switching normal use combined with HF Direct Sampling.

A slightly more involved (but likely more suitable for ham use) is a
baulun transformer to make the antenna connection.

A still better implementation is to put a low-pass filter on the antenna
so that interference from strong FM stations or other sources is
minimized.
