[DARARepeater] Circuit design needed

Some time back, a year or two, Glenn did an evening on powering up a mobile
using a relay, fuses, diode and ?? that was powered off the fuse panel but
only on if the key was in the ignition or acc position.

 

If you have that circuit design or notes please let me know.  I am hoping to
be there tonight
