Jeff, good idea but probably you will need to build it yourself!

The only mobile key I have built that was one handed was 2 micro switches mounted in a 3/4" PVC pipe. Two elastic bands to secure the 12" pipe to my arm. The pipe was adjusted down to where my thumb and first finger could activate the switches. Was clumsy at first and had to keep the keyer around 15 to 18 wpm until my brain figured it out!

I have successfully put a 3D plastic paddles on a wristwatch band and it worked pretty well but it is a 2 handed operation. 

In this "hands free" environment nowadays be careful :-) Some locations are very touchy about the hands free stuff!
