You can create a virtual microphone with VoiceMeeter, and redirect sound from an app that makes morse beeps such as [upSidetone](https://github.com/pengowray/upsidetone/) (made by me) to the virtual mic, and then use that virtual mic as your mic in Discord. Make sure you have noise reduction filters (in Discord) turned off as they'll filter out the Morse tones.

There's a bit of a learning curve to VoiceMeeter, also upSidetone is pretty basic, so it might take some learning to work out how to set it up.
