Being completely ignorant of Catlin and the specifics of wrist anatomy, would using a more “traditional” grip but putting a wedge under the key base say 30-45 degrees do the same thing?

OK pic came through this time. I am looking at my hand on a key. I
seem to use a similar grip, that is, with the top of the wrist sloping
toward the right (for a right hand). It is a more relaxed grip than the
conventional one with the fingers at the top of the key.
