Hi Chris, 
I just thought that using "tragic" was a bit hyperbolic. I was just thinking, as a many decades CQ magazine subscriber , it is too bad about the business going under. There have been warning signs that something was very wrong. "Tragic" was a bit too far in a world with so much tragedy.  But it is Christmas, I did not intend my response to get is into "which is more tragic " pissing contest.
