There is SO much misinformation being spread about ARRL Printed "QST" with people saying the typical "ARRL does nothing, I paid for the magazine, I quit the League" and other messages, that I'm posting what ARRL sent out by email.

Current Life members as of July 2023 may choose to continue receiving printed QST or OTA at no additional cost by contacting ARRL between September 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024

IMPORTANT: About Membership and Magazines

The last dues increase was in 2016, eight (8) years ago, and before that in 2001, fifteen (15) years ago.

All members continue to have access to four digital magazines: QST, On the Air, QEX, and NCJ. Printed-and-mailed issues of QST and On the Air magazines will not be included with current and new memberships effective January 1, 2024. Print subscriptions are available and sold separately. A summary of 2024 dues rates and related changes are available at www.arrl.org/2024-dues-rates.

Those with regular memberships (a remaining term on a current membership) will need to purchase an add-on subscription to continue receiving printed QST and OTA after January 1, 2024.

Obviously - look around - postage and printing costs have exploded. USPS used to deliver a first class letter anyplace where USPS delivered mail (Maine to Northern Mariana Islands / Saipan) within two days, now Massachusetts to Utah takes a week, as does Saipan, the capital of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Information only, no discussion on this, I don't want to get off topic but just to provide needed information to quell the disturbance going on.
