The book is extremely heavy and well made especially the hard covered copy which I have. The price reflects that cost. Fortunately the book is available in ebook format.

The publisher sells it in Digital format and after you purchase, you can download any and all PDF, ePUB and Kindle formats, with the PDF being the highest resolution and largest file size. The physical book is very heavy but is very enjoyable to hold and flip the pages as I read it, but the electronic books offer word search which I find is extremely valuable for research type of reading which is what I mainly do nowadays.
