Here is the original Massie blueprint from Spark Key Expert Russ Kleinman that Phil might have used to make his copy:

I am going to forward your pictures of the second key to Russ to see if he can Identify it.

The high knob is rather unique and it is typical of very early German spark keys so I am going to guess that it is a German key. Let's see what Russ has to say about it.
