I don't know if this attachment made it through, but it's a translation of the section of Valery  UA3AO's book on Russian keys, this is the section on the special semiautomatic keys with added "cootie dasher" paddle. This was done to eliminate the enemy from figuring out which operator was sending as it eliminated much of the peculiarities of the operator's "handwriting" or "fist".
