FCC didn’t dream this up.

 

The fees were imposed by a law passed by Congress.  FCC cannot ignore that law.

    Has the ARRL jumped on this yet? The FCC has threatened to

charge for ham licenses for years if not decades but is generally

stopped in their tracks. Interesting to see what happens here.
