BET is “Benign Essential Tremor”, which affects your dominant hand/arm with a tremor, BUT ONLY WHEN you’re doing something which requires fine small muscle control (like sending on a bug or straight key).

I asked google.com what BET was and I couldn't find it.  You're also
exempt, because you know the rhythm of the Morse code better than
most.
