Hi Jeff!
Sorry, it wasn't clear if you were suggesting you'd come upon a novel
and/or useful learning method. Obviously, those on this list are not
seeking training, but we advise others, so learning methods interest many -
I thought that's why you posted it. In that context, its limitations were
worth reiterating.
While that approach to parsing dits and Dahs into letters has been around
for a VERY long time - the use of coins showing it could be new.
Multiple ads advertise such on E-bay almost every day (clogging my searches
for telegraph and Morse goodies), so somebody must be buying them :-)
