[CW] Attention: Life Members ARRL

I had an article published in the (as it appears) last "CQ Amateur
Radio" issue and I have another one ready.  It's a prose piece
describing amateur radio in the past by W6BNB Bob Shrader who gave it
to me to proofread.  It's the type of thing "73" and "CQ" would
publish, but it's not the stuff "QST" has ever published.  It's a
fascinating article and would be Bob's final article in a long line of
publications and books.

I find very little in "QST" worthy of reading: "Ham Ads" are barely a
page, there is no local section news any more, and the technical
articles are rarely what I'd like to see.

If I had a bird, I know what I would use it for, but I don't.
