[CW] Good Sending

Thank you Richard.  I can use bugs and paddle-keyers, but I always reach for the straight key first.  
I have two CW keyboard devices.  They are self-contained (no computer needed).  They both convert a P/S-2 type PC keyboard to a keyed Morse output to plug into a straight key jack.  

One is what I call my "Visible Keyer" - K1EL's K40 keyboard keyer kit...

At KPH, I believe the device was an AEA PK-232.  The Pacific wx was transferred from a PC into a keyer memory if I recall correctly.

    By keyboard do you mean a type to code converter or punching a tape? 
I would think a long WX message would be something like press. Part of 
my practice to get my code speed up was copying KPH press every day. 
Could never get all of it. Stock quotes were the most difficult for me.
    By straight key do you include bugs? I am good on a straight key or 
bug but can never get the hang of a keyer.
