I will also mention carpal tunnel release surgery. Check if your
medical insurance covers it. If you have medicare you are covered (but
you just have a new job so probably don't). I had carpal tunnel in my
left hand so badly that it woke me up at night. Felt like my whole arm
was numb. The surgery is simple, done outpatient, heals fast and
provides relief right away. My biggest problem was typing. My left hand
was really bad but will have my right hand done too soon.
