It's a long article with all the background, but you may want to
scroll down to the table one third down the page. 

In short, for the three world records, 300 "real marks" letters is
equivalent to 72 wpm PARIS, 320 in figures is equivalent to ~114 wpm
PARIS and 260 in mixed characters is equivalent to 74 wpm PARIS.

I have attended quite a few HSTs in the past and personally witnessed
some of the records being achieved. The level of the competitors from
Russia and Belarus is out of this world.
