[CW] OST Morse Box for 2 meters FM Morse practice

Especially for CW practice sessions on 2m, we developed this project.

No changes to the transceiver are needed, and the microphone remains
functional for voice, but is switched off while sending CW, so no
disturbing background noises and such.
