directly to me.

Yes  David,
Its name is The Modified double-lever Vibroplex Griginal. = Двуручный
модифицированный виброплекс.  The very first one was made for a real
spy (in Russian we usually say an agent) of Soviet Intelligence Service.

As far as I know the only one who can send with one other than myself 
is, Владимир (Vlad)  И. Сутулов, UA3AMY.
