[CW] Fast Paper Copy of Morse WT (CW)

My dad taught me that Navy way of printing when I was 11, and I was up to
18 WPM copy and send before I turned 12.

But printing limited me to about 20 WPM. And I was never good at printing -
it was ugly, but readable. That sums it up now, too. Ugly. and just barely
readable.   I didn't learn to type until decades later - and never for
taking code. Obviously, I never worked as a pro.

As for script writing - every kid in my grammar school back in the 50s had
to go through rigorous script handwriting training - endless pages of
perfect overlapping circles and the like. And I was the ONLY kid in nun's
living memory who never made it into the "Palmer Penmanship Club."

I was a disgrace at ABCs. Buy pretty darn good on a straight key...
