[CW] CQ Amateur Radio Magazine suspends publication.

   The last is interesting. I have seen complaints over the years about 
needing to be a member to receive the magazine, or of having to pay for 
it if you are a member and don't want it. This may be in line with some 
other legal requirements such as Kodak having to eliminate the 
processing fee for Kodachrome even though no one else processed it (this 
goes back many decades). They licensed several independent labs to do 
the work but you had to pay for the processing.
