[CW] One of these is a Vibroplex jewel the other isn't

It's a VibroKeyer modified to be a sideswiper. A friend made the finger
piece out of dark brown wood, countersunk a hole for the unusual (to me)
two dimpled flat fastener and gave me a two pronged screwdriver to remove
it. Do you know the name of such two dimpled fasteners?
