[CW] ANNOUNCEMENT: Change in CW REFLECTOR Configuration

Unfortunately, the MAILMAN software that qth.net uses does not have a
very good "Digest" type of email,  and many people - including myself
receive hundreds of emails a day, I've changed the default REPLY TO
setting of this list to go to the original poster.

Again, unfortunately when there are many messages - as there are when
a hot button topic comes up like licensing fees, the amount of traffic
through the reflector gets heavy.

I had changed the setting to have responses go to the LIST because the
list was so darned quiet.

What happens when the list is active, I get multiple unsubscribe
requests, even from longtime members.

This list is one of the best lists precisely because of who's in it.

So from now on, your responses will go to the subscriber only unless
you select REPLY TO ALL and your reply will go to both the list and
the original sender.

What bugs me and causes big problems is the DIGEST.  People subscribe
to this because they don't want "all that mail".  Only to respond to a
DIGEST sending the ENTIRE digest to all the subscribers!

Then I get another rush of unsubscribers who don't want giant messages
with "all that garbage".
