[CW] Increase of Military Traffic in Morse and USB.

Military traffic heard in Morse machine sent on 3600.00 kHz using WebSDR
call sign PHV5. Using many non Roman characters like repeated "CH" four
dashes. (as in CH CH). Weak signals. (Inactive moments ago.)

Also higher than usual traffic on U.S. Strategic Command (STRATCOM) 8992.0
