[CW] Ship Radio Room clock

Probably a little early. -hp- was experimenting with atomic
clocks in the 1960s when I worked for them. I think we had a
quartz crystal clock in our facility as a standard for counters,
etc. Ours was checked continuously against WWVB using a chart
recorder to indicate continuous phase. I am not sure what WWVB
was using as a standard then but think an atomic clock. Could
look all this stuff up instead of relying on my somewhat rusty
memory.
