[CW] Ship Radio Room clock

The clocks had a speed adjustment. I small wheel sticking out
the front of the dial. These were not particularly accurate
clocks but could be set for reasonable accuracy. Usually, the
setting was made for the entire winding interval, nominally seven
days although the mechanism had an extra day of margin.
A later version had the emergency intervals for great lakes
ships marked in addition to the high seas markings, generally in
green.
If you open the clock you will find the date of manufacture
or approval on the "platform" which is the part with the escapement.
