[CW] CW Practice With Morserno

My 2 cents: I just assembled a CW Hotline (not to much unlike a Morserino but half the price) to practice with because a couple other hams are doing the same thing.  Neither needs practice but hey, it’s another electronic gadget.  However I do need the practice.  It has been 59 years since I used CW as a Navy Radioman - was separated from active duty in December of 1964.

Needless to say I am very rusty but still know CW reasonably well. We were talking today via Zoom and the suggestion was made to activate the CW Hotlines by one of the hams.  I was hesitant but tried my luck and found the delay between the hotline audio and the zoom audio quite confusing but I did not want to not have that zoom crutch.  

So we moved on to our household chores and said we’d meet in the morning without Zoom.  Gotta get some practice in since I want to use a sideswiper instead of the Navy bug - the bug brings back good memories though.
