[CW] W0EB's Dot Stabilizer for Semi-Automatic Keys

The dot stabilizers is super for ailing Bug contacts. Jim W0EB is in the
Four State QRP Group with me. He is sharp!

There are some Bugs that are on the WaterWay CW Net that could use the
upgrade :-)

Coffin Bug is a trinket that hates me but it's scratch can be helped with a
triangle sliver of common kitchen sponge behind the dit contact. I no
longer have the contraption!
